How It Works

Heally allows for an on-demand connection between doctors and patients via HIPAA compliant and encrypted live video, audio and messaging.

The New York State licensed NP/MD will review your history and help choose the treatment plan, and recommend medicine for your condition. In New York a patient can choose from vaporized oil cartridges, capsules, and an oral tincture. Currently smoking marijuana flowers or edibles are not offered to patients. The marijuana flower is grown under strict supervision by New York State, and is all organic free of contaminants, mold, tested by Wadsworth Labs. Medical marijuana products are certified, labeled and the quality is strictly controlled.

After creating an account, you will be directed to meet online virtually via video with our knowledgeable licensed NP/MD for a face to face evaluation and consult

Certification

When approved, the certification is uploaded to your portal. Log onto NYS website and order your card. It takes upto 10 days to arrive in the mail. New York State Medical Marijuana Program You must carry the medical marijuana card with you when possessing medical marijuana. Please make an appointment once you get your card (as the certification is valid for a year) to go to the dispensary and pick up your product. The dispensary can explain all products and devices available to you. Dispensaries also offer home delivery services.
